The Heavy H Harness is meant for ease of donning and great weight suspension. Its prime feature is having velcro loop on the bottom side for attaching shoulder pads, sold seperately. The harness is very adjustable for any body type, and is very stiff and does not flop onto your shoulders.
This DOES come with a waist strap.
